- Must be 21 or older to rent - 18 or older to drive - life jacket is required (one will be included any extra will be a $25 extra charge. - rental starts at the time of booking. - No drinking alcohol, or smoking while renting the watercraft. - Must listen to a brief rundown of the boat safety rules and features. - Any rough play, or unsafe driving will result in an automatic cancelation of your reservation with no refund. - no one under the age of 18 can operate. - Any tickets received by law enforcement while renting, the person will be held accountable for all payments. - Any damages done will be taken out of the deposit.
