Additional Terms & Information WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY Miami's weather can be quite unpredictable. Therefore, a chance of rain must be over 70% based on Miami Beach for cancellations. Additionally, if wind speeds are 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental, cancellations may apply. Once the trip begins, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered unless previously discussed. Cancellations due to weather conditions must be made at least 6 hours prior to the trip departure. We use the APPLE WEATHER APP for hourly forecasts as our reference. LATE ARRIVAL CANCELLATION POLICY – Customers are expected to arrive at their scheduled time. We reserve the right to cancel without refunds if a client is 30 minutes late or more. Our aim is to provide the best service while adhering to a tight schedule. If both parties agree to proceed under the terms outlined in the booking details, we are more than happy to continue with the trip!
