Cancellation Policy Travel Insurance Recommended: Guests are encouraged to purchase private travel insurance to protect against cancellations, weather delays, or travel interruptions. Weather Policy: Charters operate rain or shine unless the National Weather Service issues an official Small Craft Advisory. If an advisory is issued, you may reschedule or receive a refund. If no advisory is issued, the Captain may adjust the itinerary for safety. No refunds will be given for weather without an official advisory. Payments: • Balance due 60 days prior (non-refundable) • More than 60 days prior: reschedule for 20% fee • Less than 60 days prior: reschedule for 50% fee • Within 7 days: no refunds or rescheduling Vessel Substitution: If the booked vessel becomes unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, a comparable vessel may be provided. Passenger Limit: Maximum 12 guests per U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Conduct: Captain’s instructions must be followed at all times. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund. No Pets: Service animals only with prior approval. Gratuity: 10–20% customary but not required.
