Renter must be 21 or older and maximum boat capacity is 12 persons including captain. This is a no smoking vessel. We provide flexible reservations and full refunds with 24 hour written notice. Pease no red wine or juice that can stain luxury interior. Captain required for night rentals or returns 30’ after sunset. Please note that renter is liable for any damages to boat. Please leave boat in similar condition upon exit; an optional $75 cleaning fee will be charged for customers that would prefer us to clean boat for them upon their return.
