Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before your trip.

Additional Terms & Information

Refundable if the booker cancels before 7 days from the charter date. If inside the 7-day window, and the weather doesn't allow for the charter to go on the water, a full refund will be issued. If the party arrives late to the agreed departure time, the Captain will not extend the time previously booked. Any minor under 14 years old will wear a flotation device approved by the USCG at all times. No bottles of any kind on the vessels, please bring canned beverages. No smoking on the boat.
