PaddleFit
PaddleFit is fast becoming one of the most popular ways for people to stay fit while learning and improving oneself in a new sport. Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle Boarding is growing in Qatar and becoming popular water sports.
You are welcome to come and try it out or sign up for a month and we are confident you will get hooked. Our partners Fitness Qatar, who run Bootcamp Qatar and The StrongBox CrossFit gym, have worked with us to create a complete full body training plan by combining the principals of CrossFit with paddling techniques and land based training elements.
We will combine all this with a variety of kayak / SUP drills and activities to make it that much more challenging and fun. We aim to create a community that arises from people who join PaddleFit sessions together and enjoy getting stronger and fitter while having fun. This communal aspect of PaddleFit is a key component to the effectiveness and development of all participants.
