Rental and safety conditions The boat rental must include the captain. No customers are allowed to pilot the boat. A security deposit may be requested to cover possible material damage caused by negligence or non-compliance with instructions. The tenant undertakes to respect the instructions of the captain at all times, especially with regard to safety on board and in the water. The captain reserves the right to interrupt the trip without refund in case of dangerous, disrespectful behavior or under the influence of alcohol or substances . Weather conditions may result in a change or cancellation of the trip. In this case, a rescheduling or a partial refund will be offered . The use of the equipment (snorkeling, fishing, etc.) is under the responsibility of the customer. Any loss or breakage may be invoiced. The boat is insured in accordance with local regulations. However, customers' personal effects are not covered. It is recommended that guests know how to swim. Wearing a life jacket may be required at any time by the captain. Any delay greater than 30 minutes may be considered a no-show without refund. By booking, the customer accepts all of these conditions.
