To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies before your charter: Weather Policy Charters proceed rain or shine. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain), you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This amount will be applied toward your remaining balance, which is due at the start of your charter. Late & No-Show Policy Charter time begins at your scheduled booking time, regardless of arrival. Late arrivals will result in reduced charter time. No-shows or cancellations without proper notice are non-refundable. Safety Considerations The captain has full authority to ensure the safety of all passengers and the vessel. Guests must follow all safety instructions at all times. Intoxicated or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter without refund. Boat Rules - No smoking, hookah, or illegal substances onboard - No shoes allowed on the yacht - Do not flush any items (including tissue) in the toilets - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the charter Additional Notes - Food, beverages, water, and cups are not included unless otherwise specified - Add-ons such as jet skis, decor, bottle service, and romantic setups are available upon request By booking with us, you agree to all policies listed above. BOOKING & PAYMENT A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
