Rental Terms & Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following terms apply: Capacity - Price includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests must be approved in advance for an additional charge. - Maximum capacity must comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Captain & Crew - A captain will operate the vessel at all times. - All guests must follow crew instructions for safety. Security Allowance - A $750 security allowance will be authorized prior to departure. - Renter is responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Smoking Policy - Burning tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, hookah) are not allowed onboard. - Vapes/e-cigarettes are permitted at the captain’s discretion. - Any damage caused by smoking will be charged accordingly. Alcohol & Substances - Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+ only. - No illegal drugs permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund, and authorities may be contacted. Conduct - Guests must behave respectfully toward crew and others. - Unsafe, reckless, or excessively intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated. - The captain reserves the right to end the trip early without refund if safety or rules are violated. - This is a private charter experience, not a nightclub-style party. - We focus on providing a fun, safe, and high-quality experience for all guests. Fuel & Itinerary - Fuel included covers standard local cruising (e.g., sandbars, sightseeing). - Extended routes, high-speed cruising, or special requests may incur additional fuel charges. Timing & Overtime - Charter time begins at the scheduled time. - Late arrivals do not extend booking time. - Overtime is billed at the hourly rate and subject to captain availability. Weather - Trips may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather at the captain’s discretion. Liability - All guests participate at their own risk. - Owner, captain, and crew are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages during the charter. Indemnification - Renter agrees to be responsible for all guests and to indemnify and hold harmless the owner, captain, and crew from any claims arising from guest actions. Personal Items - Shoes must be removed onboard. - Not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Gratuity - Crew gratuity (15–20%) is customary and appreciated. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
