(Alcoholic beverages accepted). - The trip included Waters Cancellation Policy: - No charge for reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, big waves, lightning, thunder). - Customer will be liable for the cost of rental if they do not email to cancel a reservation according to 24 hours cancellation policy. - NO SHOW or LATE SHOW = NO REFUND - All reservations are required to be done online. No reservations or cancellations over the phone. - If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Important things: - We provide the government Sanitize programs to the maximum standards for all personnel all the fleet is sanitize in the present of our clients so you can be 100% satisfied free COVID 19 Warranty - Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal items (e.g. mobiles, watches, jewelries, purses, etc.) on board.
