Rental Terms Safety First The renter must operate the vessel responsibly at all times and follow all local, state, and federal boating laws. Life jackets are provided and required for children and non-swimmers. Operating the boat while impaired is strictly prohibited. Experience & Responsibility The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and have prior boating experience. A brief pre-departure walkthrough will be provided before each rental. Weather Policy Safety comes first. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the owner reserves the right to delay or cancel the rental. If a cancellation is required due to weather, rescheduling or a refund will be handled per platform policy. Late Returns Please return the boat on time. Late returns may result in additional charges and can impact future rental eligibility. Fuel & Cleanliness The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in similar condition. Please remove all personal items and dispose of trash before return. Damage & Care Renters are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period. Report any issues immediately so they can be addressed safely and promptly. No Unauthorized Use No towing, beaching, or operation in restricted areas unless explicitly approved. No pets unless approved in advance. Respect the Lake Please be courteous to other boaters and help keep our lakes clean and enjoyable for everyone.
