We had an incredible time! From start to finish, their communication was clear, professional, and super helpful—they answered every question quickly and made the booking process effortless. The crew was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. The yacht itself was clean, spacious, and even better than the photos. They truly went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

We had booked a 60ft yacht, but were told on the day of the reservation that only a 46ft yacht was available. We took it because we had already promised our friends, but it was frustrating. We also confirmed whether the new yacht will have life vests for all 16 people. After an hour of being on the boat, when we got into the water, we discovered that the boat only had 12 life vests. This is a massive risk to allow boats to operate without sufficient life vests for all who are onboard. The snorkeling spot had nothing to see - no corals or fish. This could have been told when we booked or before the trip. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall.
