CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for both our guests and our crew, please review our cancellation policy below. Half Day & Full Day Charters 30> days Full Refund (100%) 10-30 days Partial Refund (50%) <10 days No Refund (0%) Multi-Day & Week Charter 60> days Full Refund (100%) 30-60 days Partial Refund (50%) <30 days No Refund (0%) Guests who do not show up for the charter without prior notice will be charged 100% of the charter cost. The same principle applies to cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure (48 hours for multi-day charters). The itinerary may change depending on the weather on the day of the charter. A change of itinerary is not subject to cancellation or a discount. Light rain or cloudy weather is not considered a reason for cancellation unless deemed unsafe by the captain. In the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the charter. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made by the company, due to technical issues or unavailability of the boat, will be refunded in full. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Add-on options (e.g. upgraded drinks and snacks, clearance, cruising permit, etc.) are non-refundable within 48 hours prior to charter departure. Any damage caused to the boat, equipment, or furnishings due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow crew instructions will be placed on the credit card on file.
