Will be refunded 24hrs after boat check-in Terms and Conditions for Pontoon Rental Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting a pontoon from us. By renting a pontoon from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Rental Period: The rental period begins at the agreed-upon time of rental and ends at the agreed-upon time of return. Rental Fees: Rental fees must be paid in full before the start of the rental period. We accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period, we will refund your rental fee in full. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, we reserve the right to keep the rental fee. Use of the Pontoon: The pontoon may only be used by the renter and their passengers. The maximum number of passengers is limited to the number of seats on the pontoon. The renter is responsible for the safe operation of the pontoon and for ensuring that all passengers comply with all safety regulations and laws. Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the pontoon caused by themselves or their passengers during the rental period. If any damages occur, the renter will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited while operating the pontoon. If the renter or any passenger is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating the pontoon, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately, without refund. Safety Equipment: The renter must ensure that all safety equipment, including life jackets and fire extinguishers, is present and in good working order before operating the pontoon. Failure to comply with safety regulations may result in termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the rental fee. Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rentals due to inclement weather conditions that may pose a danger to the renter and their passengers. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the rental at a mutually agreed-upon time. Indemnification: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless us, our agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to the renter's use of the pontoon. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the pontoon is rented. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state. By renting a pontoon from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
