Rental Terms: _ Captain is included in all charters. _ No shoes on board. _ No smoking inside the cabin. _ Drugs and red wine are not allowed. _ Please arrive 15 minutes early to avoid cutting into your time. _ Weather cancellations due to unsafe boating conditions (storm, lightning) are eligible for full reschedule or refund. Light rain does not qualify. _ Late arrivals do not extend trip time. _ No glass cups/bottles allowed plastic or canned only. _ Any damages to upholstery, electronics, or vessel will be the responsibility of the renter.
