Rental Terms & Policies 📅 Booking & Availability - Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) rentals available - Start times flexible depending on availability and weather - Boat must be returned on time to avoid late fees 👤 Renter Requirements - Must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued ID - If born after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires a valid Boater Safety Card - Prior boating experience required; a brief safety walkthrough will be provided 🛡️ Damage & Security - Renter is responsible for any damage during the rental period - A security deposit may be held and returned upon post-trip inspection - Any lost or damaged equipment (life vests, anchor, etc.) will be charged accordingly ⛽ Fuel Policy - Comes with a full tank of gas 📍 Pickup & Return - Pickup and drop-off at any Palm Beach County Marina - Boat must be returned in clean condition - A cleaning fee may apply if excessively dirty (sand, food, trash, etc.) 🚫 Restrictions - No smoking onboard - No pets - No fishing allowed - Maximum of 6 passengers (no exceptions) - Operating the vessel under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited 🌊 Weather & Cancellations - If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund - Same-day cancellations (non-weather related) are non-refundable 📝 Liability Waiver - All passengers must sign a liability waiver before departure - The renter assumes all risk and responsibility during the rental period
