Weather Policy: Trips may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of unsafe weather conditions (high winds, storms, etc.). Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for cancellation. Late / No-Show Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable. Fuel: Fuel is not included and will be charged based on usage at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
