Important Rental Policies – Please Read Before Booking: Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather conditions are forecasted (high winds, lightning, storms), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule at no extra cost. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for a weather cancellation. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Rentals will start and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. No-shows without notice will forfeit the full rental amount. Safety Rules: Life jackets must be worn at all times while riding. No reckless driving, excessive speeding near docks/swimmers, or riding under the influence. Respect local waterway rules and no-wake zones. Boat Rules: Max of 2 riders on the Sea-Doo. No towing without prior approval and paid tube add-on. Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental. Other Considerations: A refundable security deposit is required. Fuel is included—return full or let us know if it needs a top-up. Renter must be 21+ and present a valid driver’s license. We’re here to keep things safe and fun—thanks for your cooperation!
