Rental Terms & Policies: - Fuel: Renter is responsible for fuel used during the rental. The tank must be returned at the same level as departure. - Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee may apply if the boat is returned excessively dirty (mud, trash, fish remains, etc.). - Safety: Life jackets and safety gear are included for all passengers. The renter must operate the vessel responsibly and follow all local boating laws. - Age Requirement: Primary renter and operator must be 25 years or older with valid ID. - Capacity Limit: Maximum of 8 passengers or 1,300 lbs total weight. - Weather Policy: If unsafe weather conditions occur (lightning, severe winds, or lake advisories), rentals may be rescheduled or refunded at owner’s discretion. - Late Returns: Late returns beyond the agreed end time are subject to $75 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments). - Pets: Allowed with prior approval. - Add-Ons: - - Lowrance HDS Live 9 Fish Finder – $50/day - Grill Setup – $30/day - Towable Tube – $40/day - Pick-up/Drop-off: Boat is located on West Point Lake, GA, with water access from your chosen marina or public dock (coordinate prior to trip).
