i had mediocre experience. the trip started later because of some mixed up between the crew and manager. despite that i was promised full 4 hours but the trip stopped after 3. i m still expecting 1 hour refund. the only pleasant thing was boat upgrade. the crew service was ok during trip though the boat was not fully cleaned up from previous trip

1. Clients must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled trip time. 2. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vessel and must cover the full repair costs. 3. Refunds are not available once the cancellation period has expired, and there are no refunds for no-shows. 4. Full payment is required before the trip begins, as agreed upon during booking. 5. No refund claims will be entertained after the completion of the trip, regardless of circumstances. 6. Any misconduct towards the captain or crew, or failure to adhere to guidelines, will result in trip cancellation without refund. 7. Clients are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. 8. Guardians are responsible for children. 9. Meals are available at an additional cost. 10. We provide ice, water, light refreshments, disposable cups, plates, and spoons. 11. Acceptance of the booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. These revisions aim to enhance clarity and readability while maintaining the integrity of your original terms.
