A "No-Show" is defined as: - Failure to arrive at the designated pick-up location within 30 minutes of your scheduled departure time without notice or communication, and/or - Failure to confirm or cancel the booking within the agreed-upon timeframe. If a No-Show occurs: - 100% of the rental fee is non-refundable. - The yacht will be released after 1 hour unless prior arrangements have been made. - No credits, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided. Late Arrivals Policy: We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to ensure a timely departure. Delays due to late arrival: - Charter time begins at the scheduled time, not upon guest arrival. - Late arrivals may result in shortened cruising time, with no discount or refund. - If arrival is delayed beyond 30 minutes without communication, the booking will be marked as a No-Show. Please contact us ASAP if you anticipate being late. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. Our weather policy is based on Coast Guard advisories and the captain’s judgment. Acceptable Conditions (Trip Proceeds): - Light rain - Cloudy or overcast skies - Wind under safe operating limits - Mild chop or swell Unsafe Conditions (Trip May Be Canceled or Rescheduled): - Isla Mujeres Port gets closed by authorities - Thunderstorms or lightning - Strong winds / rough seas (as determined by the captain) - Small craft advisories or marine warnings If we cancel due to unsafe weather: - A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather that is deemed safe to sail by the captain, standard cancellation terms will apply.
