No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. 👥 Guest Capacity & Pricing Overnight Stay (Dockside) - Standard price includes up to 4 guests. - There are 3 sleeping spots total: - - 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) - 2 twin sleeping spots (for 2 guests) - An additional guest may be added by special request only for an extra $80 per night, which includes an air mattress and bedding. Day Cruise (With Captain) - Standard price includes up to 8 guests. - The yacht can accommodate up to 14 guests total for an additional charge of $50 per hour per extra person (9th , 10th guests). - Additional charge of $80 per extra person (11th , 12th guests) - additional charge of $100 per extra person (13th , 14th guests) - Please inform the owner in advance if you plan to bring more than 8 guests. 🌦️ Weather Policy - Safety is the top priority. If weather or river conditions (wind, heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe currents) make the trip unsafe, the captain or owner reserves the right to reschedule or cancel. - Guests will receive a full refund or an alternate date if the trip is canceled due to weather-related safety concerns. - Light rain, clouds, or cooler temperatures generally do not qualify for weather cancellation. 🛟 Safety Rules - The captain’s directions must be followed at all times while on board. - Life jackets are available for all guests and must be worn when directed or in emergency situations. - No swimming or jumping off the yacht while underway. - Children under 12 years old must wear life jackets and remain supervised by adults at all times. - Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the trip without refund. 🤝 Guest Conduct & Behavior Overnight Stay - Guests must maintain quiet and respectful behavior while on board, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). - The yacht is docked in Downtown Portland, where loud noise or parties are not permitted due to marina and city regulations. - Please be considerate of neighboring boats and residents at all times. Day Cruises - Guests are expected to maintain safe, responsible, and respectful conduct during the cruise. - Excessive alcohol consumption, unsafe movements, or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. The Owner and Captain reserve the right to immediately stop the trip or terminate the stay if guests fail to follow safety instructions or behave inappropriately. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and guests may be asked to leave the vessel immediately. 🚭 Boat Rules - No smoking inside the cabin or bedroom areas. - No shoes with dark soles or heels that may damage the deck. - No glass bottles on deck (plastic or cans only). - Pets allowed only with prior approval. - Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. Cleaning Responsibility - Guests are required to clean up after themselves before leaving the yacht. - All personal items, trash, food, and beverages brought on board must be removed at the end of the rental period. - Please use the marina garbage cans on the property for disposal, or take your waste with you. - The yacht must be left in the same clean condition as it was received. - A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess or garbage is left behind. 🍷 Food & Beverages - Guests may bring their own food and beverages. - Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+. - The captain reserves the right to end a charter early without refund if guests are intoxicated or behave unsafely. ⛽ Fuel Policy - Fuel is included in all captained river cruises unless otherwise stated. - Dockside overnight stays do not incur fuel charges. 💤 Overnight Stay Rules (Without Captain) - Overnight guests must respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM. - The yacht must remain secured at the dock at all times; it may not be moved. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. - Please do not flush non-biodegradable items down the toilet. - Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the yacht, and keep doors locked. 💳 Cancellations - Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before the booking. - 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days before the trip. - No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows. - Weather-related cancellations initiated by the owner or captain will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
