Rental Terms • Weather Policy: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the trip or issue a full refund. • Late Arrival / No-show: Charters will depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. • Safety First: The captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary or cancel any activity for safety reasons. Life jackets are available and must be worn when instructed. • Respect On Board: We ask all guests to respect the crew, the vessel. Excessive alcohol use, disruptive behavior, or damage to equipment may result in early termination of the trip without refund. • No Shoes Policy: Shoes are not allowed on board to preserve the deck. • No Smoking Inside: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. • Children On Board: Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times. • Environmental Respect: Please do not throw anything overboard.
