If the Coast Guard or marina advises unsafe conditions, trips may be rescheduled or refunded. - Light rain or cloudy skies do not automatically cancel bookings, but high winds, lightning, or rough seas may result in cancellation at the captain’s discretion. ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Please arrive 20 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. - Charters will depart as scheduled. Late arrivals cut into your booking time and cannot be extended. - No-shows are non-refundable. ⚓ Safety Considerations - All passengers must follow captain and crew instructions at all times. - Life jackets are provided and must be worn when required by law or by captain’s discretion. - Maximum capacity: 12 guests (per USCG regulations). 📋 Boat Rules - Drug-free vessel – zero tolerance for illegal substances. - Alcohol is welcome in moderation (21+). No glass bottles, please. - No smoking or vaping onboard. - Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damages. 💳 Cancellations & Reschedules - Guest cancellations made 5+ days before departure receive a 75% refund. - Within 4 days, bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled (based on availability).
