Details - We’ll send a pre-charter checklist: arrival time (15 minutes early recommended), parking info, weather/cancellation policy, captain’s contact, and suggested packing list. Arrival & Briefing - Arrive at the dock 15 minutes before scheduled departure. - Captain/crew will greet you, confirm guest list and waivers, conduct a short safety briefing (lifejackets location, head use, no-go areas), and show onboard facilities. - Captain will review itinerary, any passenger preferences, and safety rules. During the Charter Captain handles navigation and safety. Guests should follow crew instructions. Fuel is included for the agreed cruising area; additional fuel for extended ranges may be charged. Smoking is permitted only in designated exterior areas; no open flames or illicit substances. End of Charter & Checkout Return to dock at scheduled time. Captain will secure the boat. Crew will inspect for damage and excessive cleaning needs. Normal wear and light sand/water cleanup is expected. Damage beyond normal wear or heavy cleaning may incur additional fees. If final payment (balance) is due at the dock, settle by agreed method. We’ll email a receipt and optional photos from the trip. Cancellation: Full refund of deposit if canceled >14 days prior. 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days prior. No refund if canceled <7 days, unless we rebook. Weather cancellations: full refund or reschedule. Capacity & safety: Max passengers per manifest; children must be supervised; lifejackets available for all sizes. ID & age: Booked guest must be 21+ and provide valid government ID upon request. Pets: Allowed only by prior approval; small pet fee may apply.
