23' Centurion Surf Boat + Party Vibes — Captain Included — Up to 14

Captained Charter Only This is a captained rental. Guests may not operate the boat at any time. Your booking includes an experienced captain (and additional surf coaching support when available). Guests must follow captain instructions at all times for safety. Your booking includes: - Centurion FE23 (23’ luxury surf boat) - Captain(s) - Surfboards (multiple boards for different skill levels) - Surf instruction/lessons available for beginners - Cooler + ice provided - Premium sound system (guests may play their own music) - Tubing available upon request Max guest capacity will follow: - the boat’s legal capacity plate and - the captain’s discretion for safety/comfort. Alcohol / Food / Drinks: - Guests may bring alcohol (21+ only). - No glass containers (cans/plastic only). - No illegal substances. - Any intoxicated, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in ending the trip early without refund. Captain(s) remain sober and safety-focused at all times. Safety Requirements (Strict). Safety is non-negotiable: - Children 12 and under must wear a USCG-approved life jacket while the boat is underway, per Utah requirements. - All passengers must remain seated while underway unless captain approves movement. - No riding on the bow, swim deck, or gunnels while boat is moving. - No diving in shallow areas or near other vessels. - Anyone being towed (tube) must wear a life jacket. We provide life jackets, but guests are welcome to bring their own USCG-approved PFDs. Weather Policy (Cancellation / Reschedule) Weather and safety conditions are determined by the captain/owner (not the guest). If conditions are unsafe or not suitable (high winds, storms/lightning, poor water conditions, unsafe visibility, etc.), we may: - reschedule at no additional cost (best option), or - cancel due to weather with no cancellation fee. If guests choose to cancel due to weather preference when conditions are still safe to operate, normal cancellation terms apply. Late Arrival / No-Show Policy - to respect scheduling and towing/launch time: - Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. - Late arrivals do not extend the booking time. - If the guest is a no-show, the booking is charged in full, with a minimum charge of $400. Lake Location / Launching - we tow, launch, and operate the boat. Typical lakes include: - Pineview - Utah Lake - Jordanelle - Willard Bay - Echo - Rockport - Deer Creek - Hyrum Reservoir Additional travel fees may apply for long-distance lakes (example: Bear Lake). Boat Rules (To Protect the Boat) - No smoking/vaping on the boat - No fireworks - No drugs - No shoes that can scuff/mark upholstery (captain may request barefoot) - No red wine / staining liquids recommended - Guests are responsible for damage caused by negligence or rule violations Damage / Cleaning Fees Excessive mess, vomit cleanup, stains, or damage may result in additional fees. Right to Refuse Service Captain/owner reserves the right to refuse service or end the charter early (no refund) for: - unsafe behavior - intoxication beyond safe limits - harassment/disrespect toward crew or other passengers - illegal activity
