ABOUT THE BOAT This 42' Cruiser yacht features two levels, a spacious front sundeck, a large swim platform area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The full kitchen provides added convenience, and the Bluetooth sound system lets you set the perfect vibe for your outing. This multi-level yacht is sure to turn heads wherever you go. WHAT'S INCLUDED The yacht is equipped with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious front sundeck, a swim platform area, and a Bluetooth sound system to keep the party going. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED The captain's fee and fuel fees are not included and must be paid separately. The owner provides a list of USCG-licensed captains for renters to choose from, and the renter is responsible for hiring a captain from the provided list. Gratuity is not included, and a 20% tip is standard. DEPARTURE LOCATION Located on beautiful Lake Michigan, with access to top destinations like the Chicago River, Playpen, and city waterfront hotspots. USCG licensed captain required. Per US Coast Guard regulations, Captain is not included in this bareboat charter. Don't Worry!! Once you book, we will provide a list of amazing Captains for you to choose from or you may hire your own captain subject to owner approval. Captains can range from $85-125 per hour. Yacht Pricing: Holidays and special events: varies up to $550/hr Fuel $150 Weekend & special date trip times: 9a-1p 2p-6p 7p-11p Special date outings subject to price increase: Memorial Day, July 4th, Air & Water Show, Chicago Scene, Labor Day, etc. A $500 FEE will be charged for excessive or any Bio-Hazard cleaning required by the owner - including bio-hazard cleaning of the boat's "head" Please share the rules with your guests and inform guests that they must arrive on time. Charters start at the reservation start time - For your benefit, please be 20 minutes early. No additional time or price adjustments will be given for late guests. Guests will be allowed access on the dock when your entire party has arrived. Your reservation end when ALL guests are off the yacht with trash and personal items. Yacht will return to the harbor 15 minutes before the official end time of the cruise to allow for a timely transition. Weather related cancellations are Captain or Company discretion ONLY and will be determined before the cruise as weather conditions change and lake conditions, including excessive wind, may differ from land conditions. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, or unsafe conditions, we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff or the Captain due to weather will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel any rental at any time due to extreme conditions deemed unsafe. We DO NOT give refunds. Rather we will gladly give you credit for use another time. Cancellations by you, the Renter, 7+ days prior to reservation, is subject to 80% credit to use another time, on any type of rental. Credits are non-transferrable. No refund or credit for cancellations less than 7 days of the reservation. No shows for any reason including weather, are subject to forfeit the full reservation cost without receiving any credit.
