Rental Terms & Important Policies Captain Requirement This vessel is offered as a bareboat charter in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. A USCG-licensed captain is required and is not included in the listed price. After booking, we will provide a list of qualified captains for you to choose from, or you may hire your own captain (subject to owner approval). Captain fees are paid directly to the captain and typically range from $125–$175 per hour. Pricing & Fees • Holidays and special events may be priced up to $550/hour • Fuel fee: $150 •Special date pricing may apply for Memorial Day, July 4th, Air & Water Show, Black Yacht Weekend, Chicago Scene events, Labor Day, and similar high-demand dates. Cleaning Policy A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive cleaning or any required bio-hazard cleaning, including misuse of the yacht’s restroom (“head”). Arrival & Timing • Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure • Charters begin at the reserved start time • No extensions or price adjustments for late arrivals • Dock access is permitted once the entire party has arrived • Charter ends when all guests and personal items are off the yacht • The yacht returns to harbor 15 minutes before the scheduled end time Weather Policy Weather-related cancellations are determined by the Captain or Company based on marine conditions, which may differ from land conditions. If unsafe weather conditions occur (high winds, lightning, storms, heavy rain), we will contact you to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to extreme or unsafe conditions. Cancellation Policy We do not offer refunds for renter-initiated cancellations. Instead, credit may be issued as follows: • Less than 7 days prior: no credit • No-shows for any reason (including weather not deemed unsafe) result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount
