Capt. John was the BEST and even personalized our trip for us when he got word over the radio the fireworks were starting! His boat was spectacular and his mate, Audrey, was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions prior to the cruise and felt very safe and comfortable during the entire trip. Was such a beautiful cruise experience. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the great evening my friends and I had on this boat. John is a great captain, very laid back and really came through for me with clutch response and communication, when another booking cancelled on me last minute. Next time I will just book with John from the beginning! The boat was beautiful and my friend enjoyed her birthday surprise. Book him with confidence!

We had a wonderful experience on Captain John Kemper‘s boat. My husband and I spent our third wedding anniversary on his boat touring the Potomac River of DC. John has a lovely boat with all the needed amenities. He was very personable and accommodating. We were able to have a romantic dinner on the water while taking in the lovely scenic views.
