SUP Guided Tour In Panama

Come join us explore the tropical coast around santa Catalina. Gorgona and playa el banco. This is a guided tour. The adventure begins with a quick introduction on how to use your stand up paddle board by your guide. We then head out on to the ocean and towards the near by Isla santa Catalina hoping to catch a glimpse of some tropical fish or even a sea turtle coming up for a breath of air. We will explore the islands lush coastline find secluded beaches and explore the reefs below . The journey is easy, even for the most casual of paddlers. After a small snack a rest or just a lazy nap under a coconut tree. we navigate our way back towards the main land exploring more luscious coastline as we cruise along. We Might even catch a wave on the incoming tides. We have enough boards to take groups of up to 8 people. Feel free to bring along your own snacks.
