ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BOATING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS All customers are advised to complete a boating safety course. In Florida, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must possess a valid Boating Safety Education Identification Card to operate a vessel with 10 horsepower or more. We recommend completing the course prior to your rental to ensure a smooth check-in process. INSURANCE COVERAGE All of our boats are fully insured. The insurance includes comprehensive coverage with a $2,000 deductible. Towing coverage through SeaTow is included in your rental. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of $2,000 is required at check-in. The deposit may be paid in cash or via credit card authorization (hold) and will be refunded after the vessel has been inspected and returned in proper condition. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Your rental includes: • Safety instruction and orientation • Cleaning • Insurance coverage • SeaTow towing membership Florida sales tax of 6.5% applies to all rentals. Fuel is not included and must be paid by the customer. There are no hidden fees. FUEL POLICY The boat must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If not refueled prior to return, fuel will be charged at $7 per gallon plus a $100 service fee. MULTI-DAY RENTALS Multi-day rentals are permitted. However, sleeping or staying overnight on the vessel is strictly prohibited. The customer may have possession of the vessel overnight, but overnight stays onboard are not allowed. MECHANICAL ISSUES In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vessel if available. If no replacement is available, a prorated refund may be issued. All vessels are covered by SeaTow. If towing to our dock is required due to mechanical failure, there will be no additional charge to the renter. DELIVERY SERVICE Boat delivery may be available within the Cape Coral area for an additional service fee. Please inquire in advance to confirm availability. NAVIGATION Our vessels are equipped with onboard navigation systems or tablet-based navigation. We recommend using navigation tools such as iBoating or similar marine navigation apps for a safe experience. CANCELLATION POLICY • More than 60 days before rental period: 100% refund • Less than 60 days before rental period: 80% refund • Less than 30 days before rental period: No refund If we are able to rebook the vessel for the same rental period, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a rental must be canceled due to hurricane conditions, vessel damage, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
