BOAT PICK UP LOCATION: Our boat is kept at 208 Burtwood Acres Road Jasper AL 35503 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RKMmNk7oBtXTzh5A9). One of our staff members will have your boat waiting at the dock, fueled and ready to go. You will receive a confirmation email from us following your booking and also tripe reminders one day prior to your arrival. NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental. CANCELATION POLICY: Cancellations must be submitted 14 or more days before your rental date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of your rental date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental date will forfeit all (100%) of the rental cost. NO SHOWS will be charged for the entire amount of the booking on the renter’s credit card. Cancellations must be made in writing. The time/date on the email we receive will govern the cancelation time/date. WEATHER: We unfortunately can not control Alabama weather….. But, we will work with you when it comes to severe weather. Cancellations due to severe weather are determined on your rental day. We do not cancel due to weather forecasts. We will call you on the day of your booking to either reschedule or refund your full rental amount. Please note, severe weather DOES NOT mean cloudy skies, slight to moderate wind, or rain. Our recommendation is to come down to the dock and hope for the best. LIFE JACKETS: We have life jacket sizes L/XL & S/M. If you need other sizes, then please be sure to bring those with you.
