Rental Terms All rentals of ONYX, our 37' Axopar, are captain-mandatory — ensuring a safe, smooth, and elevated experience for all guests. Our team of licensed captains are highly experienced and familiar with both the vessel and local waterways. We understand that normal wear and tear is expected, and we’ve never had any serious issues — and we’d like to keep it that way. That said, negligent or reckless behavior resulting in damage will not be covered and may result in additional charges. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in a shortened or forfeited booking without refund, as our captains operate on a strict schedule. We monitor weather closely and will reschedule or issue credit for weather-related cancellations at the captain’s discretion — your safety is always our top priority. Please respect all boat rules, including no smoking onboard and no red wine or staining foods inside the cabin. Let’s make your day on the water unforgettable — in all the right ways.
