Boat Rental Terms - Chaparral 196 SSi 1. Price and Deposit: Rental is available on an hourly or daily basis. A security deposit is required and will be refunded if no damages occur. 2. Driving Eligibility: The boat may only be operated by renters over 21 years old with a valid boating license or certificate. Rental with captain is available upon request. 3. Fuel: The boat is delivered with a full tank. It must be returned with a full tank, or the consumed fuel will be charged. 4. Rental Time: Minimum rental period is 4 hours. The boat must be returned strictly at the agreed time. Late returns are subject to additional charges. 5. Insurance and Liability: The boat is insured. The renter is responsible for any damages to the boat or third parties caused by their actions. 6. Usage Area: Operation of the boat is allowed only within the designated water area. Offshore use is prohibited without prior approval. 7. Onboard Rules: Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. All passengers must use life jackets. Smoking and pets require prior agreement. 8. Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before rental. 50% charge for later cancellations. In case of bad weather, rescheduling or refund is possible.
