WHAT’S INCLUDED The captain is included in the base price of this rental. Masks, snorkeling gear, lifejackets, and safety gear are also included. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Tips are not included but are always appreciated. Food and drinks are not included. DEPARTURE LOCATION The boat departs from the Bay of Cancún.

Cancellation Policy: - No charge for reservations cancelled 24 hours prior to reserved time or due to inclement weather (rain, heavy wind, big waves, lightning, thunder). - Customer will be liable for the cost of rental if they do not email to cancel a reservation according to 24 hours cancellation policy. - NO SHOW = NO REFUNDAll reservations are required to be done online. - No reservations or cancellations over the phone. If you have not received confirmation of reservation, your reservation is not valid. Important things We provide the government Sanitize programs to the maximum standards for all personnel all the fleet is sanitize in the present of our clients so you can be 100% satisfied free COVID 19 Warranty. Our company will not be responsible for any loss of personal items (e.g. mobiles, watches, jewelries, purses, etc.) on board. Guests are required to take care of their personal belongings on board and before getting off board.The trip will not commence unless COMPLETE TRIP PAYMENT has been done.If the Client or his Guests, at any point of the Trip, do not comply with the instructions of the Captain, our company reserves the right to terminate the trip with Immediate Effect without any possibilities of refund.Please Note: for the 2-hours trip we don't go to Isla Mujeres and don’t snorkel but will go to Cancun Bay which is also a beautiful trip. 2014 is the year of restoration of the yacht.
