CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your reservation 7 days before the start date (90% refund). The tour may be cancelled in case of very very bad weather conditions, only if access to the Caribbean Sea is prohibited by the captain of the port of Cancun. Pay attention: short-term rain, cloudy weather and other weather conditions that in the tropics both start quickly and end quickly are not a reason to cancel your reservation and refund money! BOAT RULES: • For Check In please arrive 30 minutes early. • Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas, you must ask the captain. • Hookahs are not allowed on the boat. • Guests can bring any alcohol, except for red wine. • Drugs are strictly prohibited on the boat. • This is a shoes off boat. • The captain has the final say in regards to itinerary and weather conditions.
