Policy 1: Strict forfeiture Reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time. After this grace period, the reservation will be considered a 'no-show,' and the customer will forfeit the entire reservation fee. No refunds or reschedules will be offered for no-shows. Policy 2: Cancellation window with full charge Any cancellation made within 5 days of the scheduled departure time, or any 'no-show,' will be charged 100% of the agreed-upon rental price to the credit card on file. Policy 3: Forfeiture of deposit If a customer fails to show up for their reservation without providing the required 5-day cancellation notice, the reservation is considered a no-show, and the full deposit will be forfeited. Policy 4: Special circumstances for no-shows In cases where a renter fails to meet specific rental requirements at check-in (such as providing an experienced captain or a necessary license), this may be treated as a no-show at the company's discretion and may result in the forfeiture of the rental fee. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made 5 days or more prior to scheduled boat rental departure time with 50% penalty. Cancellations within 5 days of scheduled boat rental departure time shall be charged 100% of deposit. Cancellations due to NO SHOW shall be charged 100% of deposit.
