Unsafe weather includes expected thunderstorms of more than 1 hour in a day. - Late Arrivals/No-Shows: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your rental time. No-shows are non-refundable. - Safety: The boat is equipped with all required safety gear. Life jackets must be worn by children under 6 at all times. Operator must follow all USCG and local boating regulations. - Fuel: Renter is responsible for fuel used during the trip. - Boat Rules: No smoking, no glass bottles, and no tying up to unauthorized docks. Pets allowed with approval. Please return the boat in the same condition it was received. - Damage/Liability: Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
