No Red Wine/Beverages: Red wine or red beverages of any kind will not be allowed onboard to prevent potential spills and stains that could damage the boat's interior. No Underage Drinking: No person under the legal drinking age is allowed to consume alcohol on the boat. No Unruly Behavior: Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and the vessel's crew at all times. Captain Reserves the Right to Terminate Charter: The captain has the authority to terminate the charter if guests' actions jeopardize the safety of the vessel or its occupants. Unsafe Actions Prohibited: Any behavior that compromises the safety of guests, crew, or the boat itself, such as diving in shallow waters or reckless maneuvering, is strictly prohibited. Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions that could pose a risk to the safety of the charter, the captain may alter the itinerary or suspend activities. Mechanical Failure: In the event of a mechanical failure that affects the boat's ability to operate safely, the captain may suspend the charter until repairs are made. Life Jacket Compliance: All passengers must comply with wearing life jackets when directed by the crew, especially during emergency situations. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in enclosed areas and should only be done in designated smoking areas on deck, following proper disposal of cigarette butts. No Fishing No Jumping from Unspecified Areas: Guests should only jump into the water from designated areas and when it's safe to do so.
