The price shown is inclusive of an experienced skipper, mineral water, 2 stand-up paddle boards, snorkeling gear, sound systems, use of on-board amenities, post-cleaning, fuel, and all taxes. We understand the importance of flexibility and want to assure you that alternative timings can be accommodated to better suit your schedule. Our commitment is to provide a convenient and tailored experience for you. Please feel free to let us know your preferred times, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable arrangement for your needs. Notice of Termination and Withdrawal All notices to be given pursuant to this Agreement by one Party to the Other Party shall be in writing or text form such as emails as stated in Part A of this Agreement. Where the Charterer gives notice of cancellation of this Agreement to the Owner at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the charter, the Charterer shall be entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid on account of the charter fee pursuant to this Agreement. In the event that the notice of cancellation is given to the Owner fifteen (15) days or more prior to the commencement of the charter, the Charterer shall be entitled to be refunded half of the amount of the Deposit paid on account of the Charter Fee pursuant to this Agreement. In the event that Charterer gives notice to cancel this Agreement less than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the Charter the Charterer shall not be entitled to any form of refund of the deposit or any other sums paid under this Agreement and same shall be retained by the Owner as pre-liquidated damages which shall not be subject to any judicial review or abatement by any court.
