Weather and Cancellation Policy Due to Miami’s tropical climate and rapidly shifting microclimates, our trip route may be adjusted on the day to follow the best conditions – sometimes favoring the north, other times the south. Because local weather forecasts can be overly dramatic, we have implemented a strict cancellation policy to ensure safety and quality. Our cancellation criteria, based solely on hourly forecasts from the Google Weather App for Miami Beach, are as follows: • Rain: An average forecast of an 80% chance of rain (calculated hourly over your rental period). • Wind: Average wind speeds of 25 mph or more during your rental. If either condition is met, you are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. For all other weather scenarios, any changes to the itinerary must be mutually agreed upon before departure. Please note that once the trip has started, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided unless previously arranged. Late Cancellation Clause: If the client is 60 minutes or more late, the charter may be canceled without a refund. While we understand delays can occur, punctuality is essential for maintaining our schedule and providing the best service. If both parties agree to proceed despite the delay, we will happily continue with the trip. This policy ensures that all decisions are based on reliable data, keeping your experience safe and enjoyable.
