REFUND POLICY: A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is made 15 days prior to your scheduled trip, regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of your trip, unless they meet our specific cancellation policy criteria. Full Refunds Will Be Granted If: There is an 80% chance of rain or more (on average during your rental period) in Miami Beach, based on the Google Weather app. Wind speeds are projected to be 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental, on average during your rental period, according to the Google Weather app. In all other cases, a mutually agreeable resolution will be sought.
