CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to cancel charter due to the following conditions: -Weather- Which include any of the following: small craft advisory issued, thunderstorms at the time of departure, heavy rain, and fog with less than 1.5 miles visibility. We will monitor weather conditions and determine a go or no go anywhere from 1 to 3 hours before launch. -Mechanical breakdown -Harbor is closed or access is not allowed -Civil/political unrest, Prior to boarding if any of these conditions are occurring we will attempt to reschedule the trip for another time that day or a different day, if this is not possible the customer will be offered a refund. After Boarding if for safety reasons the trip must be cut short, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of trip not completed at the time of return to the dock. We assumes no liability for cancellations due to above conditions. We will do sail in any temperature, cloud cover and light precipitation so please dress accordingly. BOAT RULES: -No pets. -Children under 8 must be accompanied by a adult at all times. -No smoking on the boat. -No tie ups or swimming to other boats. -Charter starts at booked time. Not your arrival time. Please don't be late. -Any additional docking fees incurred (reservations requested) are the responsibility of the renter and are payable at the location. -Charters start and end at Burnham Harbor. Additional charges for pick ups at other harbors or docks other than 31st Street Harbor. -Any cleaning from result of illness will be charged $200 for the cost of cleaning and sanitizing. -Any staining to the boat exterior/interior will be charged for professional cleaning -The Captain at their own discretion can terminate any cruise due to any passenger’s unlawful, unruly, dangerous and unsafe behavior without any consideration of trip remaining and no refunds will be granted. Intoxicated passengers will be returned to the dock -All food and beverages are to be ready to eat. (No food or drink preparation allowed on board) Catering can be arranged-No individual glass beverage bottles please. (wine/champagne bottles are allowed. - -Per USCG regulations. No Cannibals or THC products are allowed on board.
