Voilà is a 47-foot cruising catamaran crafted by naval architect Christophe Barreau. This model is celebrated for its exceptional performance and outstanding seaworthiness among catamarans in its class. Booking Policies & Important Information All charters are operated with a professional skipper and crew to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain), the charter may be rescheduled to another suitable date. If rescheduling is not possible, alternative solutions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made more than [7–14] days prior to the booking may be eligible for a partial or full refund (depending on agreement). • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Timing & No-Show: Charters start at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. No-shows are considered a completed booking. Safety Considerations: • The captain’s decisions regarding safety, itinerary, and weather are final. • All guests must follow onboard safety instructions at all times. • Swimming and water activities are at guests’ own risk and subject to conditions. Boat Rules: • Maximum number of guests must be respected. • No illegal substances allowed onboard. • Responsible alcohol consumption only. • Shoes may be removed onboard to preserve the vessel. • Guests are expected to respect the boat, crew, and environment. General Use: The vessel is available for private charters, including leisure and content creation. Guests are responsible for ensuring any content produced complies with local regulations and privacy standards.
