The Captain reserves the right to cancel bookings up to and including the day of the scheduled trip for any reason, including but not limited to: weather*, late/no-shows, guests not following safety protocols/boat rules, or guest behavior. In the case of weather cancellation or pre-boarding safety concerns, guests will be refunded in full or given a choice to reschedule at a later date. In the case of guest behavior and/or not following safety protocols/boat rules, the Captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund. Note: Not all weather is a safety concern and general overcast or light rain is not a cause for cancellation.
