WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT I, [ ], am renting a jet ski and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all damages or injuries that may occur during the rental period. In consideration for being permitted to rent and operate the jet ski, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: I am at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of my parent or legal guardian. I have received and read the safety and operating instructions and agree to comply with all safety rules, instructions and laws applicable to the rental and operation of the jet ski. I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the operation of a jet ski, including but not limited to, the risk of drowning, injury or death from collisions, falls, or other accidents, and other risks not specifically listed. I understand and acknowledge that jet skiing is an activity that involves significant risks and hazards that may cause serious injury, death or property damage. I assume all risks and hazards associated with the rental and operation of the jet ski, and hereby release any and all liability for any injury, death, or damage to property that may occur during the rental period, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from my rental and operation of the jet ski, whether caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators.
