Cancellation Policy We refund 100% of your money if: 1. Trip is cancelled 7 business days before the scheduled reservation. 2. "Unforeseen circumstances" (i.e., death in immediate family, hospitalization). Medical proof via certificate or emergency room report is required for return of deposit. COVID POSITIVE IS NOT A REASON FOR REFUND. Non-Cancellable Conditions: Isolated or Scattered showers, overcast conditions or a forecasted "chance of rain" are not considered cancellable weather conditions (Normal in Miami during summer months; May-Sept). News stories or media coverage that highlight a current event or sensationalize local developments with weather, tourism risks, medical risks, or other travel related "warnings" that are not official state or federal restrictions to travel are not considered cancellable. The Captain has the final decision in determining if a charter must be rescheduled due to extreme weather. Rain does not constitute grounds for cancellation or rescheduling.
