Surf Lesson and Board Rental In San Carlos

We are open year round and have been in business for over eight years. Playa Palmar is one of the most renowned surf spots on the Pacific Coast of Panama and features waves ideal for both beginners and advanced surfers. Introduction to Surfing is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Surfing. Whether you have never surfed before or tried a couple times, one of our professional instructors will teach you the keys to rapid progress while having lots of fun. This course starts with 20 minutes of on the beach instruction. We then hit the water for an hour and 40 minutes of Surfing with the instructor, who will guide you through the different techniques to help you catch and ride waves on your own. Surfboard, water and rash-guard are provided. Recommendations: Ability to swim or feel comfortable in the ocean. Minimum Age suggested for starting: 6 years Pricing: Private Class: $60 Semi-Private Class: $50 (3 students max.) Children: $35 What to bring: - Change of clothes - Swimsuit - Beach towel - Sun-block - Hat - Sunglasses - Rash-guard or normal t-shirt to use during class. If you do not have a rash-guard they can be provided.
