Comercials Clauses: - Riders declares to have taken a vehicle in perfect condition and is responsible for his equipment. (loss and damage) - Failure to comply with the instructor's instructions entails the full responsibility of the Riders. - Riders must sail more than 200 meters(500 ft) from any other V.N.M or other boats and commits to wearing the circuit breaker throughout the duration of the activity. - Riders acknowledges having been informed by the monitor of the local sailing conditions and commits to respect it and to stay in sight of the instructor. - In case of non-compliance with instructions from the monitor the activity can be stopped without possibility of refund. - Riders acknowledges having received briefing on areas of evolution and the handling of the machine. - Machines rented to the riders are not covered for damage or theft. - Bodily injury of the rider is not cover in case of a responsible accident. - 2000 Euros fee will aply in case of damage, crash, immobilisation, custom taking, etc… because of the trainee without prejudice to the total reimbursement of expenses incurred unsecured by the insurer's insurance. Payable immediately. - In case of dispute the competent court will be the one of the company. Cancellation Policy: - Refund will be processed in full if cancelling with more than 48 hours notice. - 50% not refundable if cancelling in between 48 hours and 24 hours. - If cancelling with less than 24 hours notice then there would be no refund.
