Rental Terms 1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is due prior to departure through Getmyboat. 2. Cancellation by Renter: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except as noted below. 3. Weather Cancellations: If the charter is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain), a full refund will be issued, including the deposit. 4. Captain’s Discretion: Any cancellation made at the captain’s discretion (e.g., safety concerns, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances) will result in a full refund of all payments. 5. Gratuity: A 20% gratuity for the captain is strongly encouraged and appreciated, payable at the end of the charter. 6. Maximum Capacity: The 2024 Supreme S240 accommodates up to 15 guests.
