Marina del Rey Jet Ski (Sea‑Doo GTI) – Smoothest Ride, Media Package Add‑Ons

1. Rental Requirements     •    Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID.     •    All operators must attend a safety briefing and sign a liability waiver before rental.     •    Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the jet skis. 2. Security Deposit     •    A $500 deposit per jet ski will be held on your credit card 24 hours before your rental.     •    The hold is released within 3–5 business days after equipment is returned undamaged, depending on your bank.     •    Any damages, losses, late returns, or violations may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Action Cameras & 360° Cameras     •    GoPro and 360° camera rentals are available as optional add-ons.     •    Cameras must be returned with all accessories (e.g. mounts, memory cards) in working condition.     •    Renters are fully responsible for loss, water damage, or equipment failure during the rental period.     •    Replacement costs will be charged if damage exceeds the security deposit. 4. Drone Footage & Content Usage     •    Drone footage packages include raw or edited aerial video of your experience and must be pre-booked.     •    By participating, you grant Blue Crest Watersports the right to use any video or images captured during your rental for marketing and promotional purposes.     •    If you do not wish your footage to be used, you must notify us in writing before your rental.     •    Footage provided to customers is for personal use only and may not be used commercially without permission. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows     •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.     •    Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.     •    No-shows will be charged the full amount. 6. Safety & Behavior     •    Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating or riding.     •    Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental with no refund.     •    Renters are responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from negligence or misconduct. 7. Weather Policy     •    If weather conditions are unsafe, Blue Crest Watersports may cancel or reschedule your rental.     •    If we cancel due to weather, you may receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge. 8. Late Returns     •    Please be considerate to our other guests and return on time. Late returns may result in a late fee of $25 per 15 minutes.     •    Please return all equipment at or before the agreed time to avoid charges. 9. Waiver of Liability     •    You understand that operating personal watercraft involves inherent risk, including the risk of serious injury or death.     •    By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Blue Crest Watersports, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims related to your participation.     •    A full waiver of liability must be signed before rental. No exceptions. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
